Caked is the culmination of years of passion, practise and ambition. After several years working in the busy world of digital media - and moonlighting as a serious amateur baker - I finally realised my dream of studying at the famous Le Cordon Bleu school in London to train to become a pastry chef, and join the scores of talented chefs that had done so before me. After gaining my diploma I decided to go for my other dream - owning my own business. Following months of recipe testing and building my business, Caked was finally born.
Caked is all about celebrating with beautiful and delicious cakes and pastries, whether it's one of my signature celebration cakes or a unique wedding cake for your special day. A lot of love, care and thought goes into all of my creations.
We eat with our eyes first, so I believe in beautiful food, but flavour is just as important, if not more so. I use the highest quality ingredients and strive to find more and more interesting and delicious flavours as Caked grows.
